Aurora

Aurora Aksnes is a Norwegian Singer and Songwriter. Her birthplace was in Stavanger on June 15, 1996 and professionally known as Aurora. The name of her can be spelled as AURORA. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves by Decca Records was released on May 15th, 2015 receiving rave reviews from music blogs as well as from the press. The artist has already recorded two highly-profile cover songs Half the World Away by Oasis. Oasis to promote a Christmas ad by John Lewis and Nature Boy by Nat King Cole. Katy Perry posted a video that she supported Runaway. This brought her some attention. Celebrate her special day. Aurora Aksnes' earliest memory of music is when she discovered a grand piano in the attic. She was fascinated by the possibilities it offered. Jan Oystein Aksnes was her father. The Aksnes family encouraged her to not to do music just to have fun or as a means of development but instead, she should pursue it. Thus, she began writing her own songs. Bjork and Leonard Cohen are among her favorite composers. Her mother encouraged her to perform her songs in public, not to achieve fame, but rather to help others realize that they matter and the good they do for the world. She started playing piano when she was six years old and began writing music by the time she was nine. They didn't even be aware until fourteen. The dream was never to become Aurora. She just loves to write songs. According to her, the music she composes is her way of feeling everything.
