A human adult or animal is one that has grown to its full potential. The human world of adults refer to social and legal concepts. As opposed to someone not considered an adult or "minor" legally adult has attained majority, which makes them independent competent, responsible, and capable. They are also known as"major" or "major". Age 18 is an adult legal age but the definition of adulthood can vary according to the nation, lawful rights or psychological development.

Adulthood is the time in the human lifespan when the person is at maturation in both physical and mental growth. It usually starts with an age that is 21. Then, after middle age (starting at around 40), comes old age (around the age of 60). The beginning of adulthood occurs between the age of 18 and 30. Mid-life adulthood begins around between the mid-30s and the 60s. Later adulthood is when we reach the middle of 60s. At the beginning stages of adulthood (between 20 and 40) the bodies of our children have reached full maturation, even though our height and weight might increase a bit. When we are young our physical capabilities are at their peak such as muscle strength, reaction time as well as sensory capabilities, heart function.
